Chris is an advocate for mental health and encourages teammates to have an “emotional thermometer.” When he first notices he’s not doing well, he will keep track of things, check in with himself and get back to basics. He recommends peer support to show teammates that they’re available for one another - so that they can feel the impact of being supported. He believes it’s never too late for teammates to reach out and make conscious decisions to take care of your mental health and well-being.
